It all started with the desire to have fresh eggs, but she couldn't stop at 6 or a dozen or more. Never mind that, the options were practically endless when it came to the variety of food one could raise on their own and on just over 2 acres! 

Over the past 12-15 years, Lee has expanded her knowledge on humanely harvesting and cleanly processing poultry at Flying M Farm. She's now working on bettering her beef butchery skills to help the homesteader and small farmer bring their livestock to the table or direct custom cut market.
